This home is a 1560 square ft, 4 bedroom, 1 bath, 8 room Dutch colonial located in the town of Maynard. Our project started in late March 2010 and the updates included a new roof, removing the asbestos shingles, new siding, new windows, new electrical and plumbing, new kitchen, remodeling 1st floor bath and adding laundry hookups, adding a second floor bath, refinishing the wide-pine floors and new paint throughout.
The updates were complete and the home was listed in late May. Within 3 days, we had an accepted offer and closed in July! Below are some of the before and after photos:
